Tennessee WildCast is a production of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency and has been broadcasting for three years, covering a variety of outdoor topics. WildCast features host, Jason Harmon and TWRA Information Specialist Don King, Multimedia Chief and longtime “voice of the TWRA.”
They bring to the air a variety of guests covering a huge array of outdoor content from fishing and hunting, boating, wildlife watching and wildlife management. Other regular co-hosts include the regional TWRA Information Specialists covering West, Middle and East Tennessee news and information. The show also provides periodic insight behind some of the wildlife management decisions made by our governing board, The Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission.
This weekly broadcast runs 28:30 minutes long and airs on radio, TV, iTunes, YouTube, TWRA.tv, RoKu and live on the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Facebook page. Broadcasts are made available by Thursday for download and most radio partners air the show on Saturday mornings.
A recent launch was the Daily WildCast Xtra, 5 minutes of fresh outdoor content each day, Monday through Friday.
