Taziki’s Mediterranean Café will be opening a location this winter in Bartlett at 7974 U.S. 64. It will seat approximately 100 people inside and 25 people on the outdoor patio. The restaurant will be 3,000 square feet.
As part of the grand opening festivities, Taziki’s will be making a donation to Susan G. Komen Memphis MidSouth Mississippi. The grand opening date has not yet been announced.
Taziki’s menu is known for its original chef-driven recipes prepared daily from more than 100 fresh produce items as well as more than 60 herbs and spices flavoring the food; including freshly grilled meats, original sauces and healthy side dishes, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. Taziki’s does not use fryers or microwaves while preparing meals for customers.
The Grilled Lamb Gyro, the Grilled Chicken Feast, the Mediterranean Salad with Salmon and various vegetarian options represent a sampling of Taziki’s most popular healthy entrées.

The new Bartlett location will feature all aspects of Taziki’s “Mediterranean-Coastal” restaurant design, including community tables, which provide a welcoming environment for conversation. Taziki’s restaurants are centered around a deeper enduring sense of happiness or what the Greeks call “eudaimonia.”
Shades of bright white and deep ocean blue will accent the hanging wicker lanterns as well as the exposed stone and painted white shiplap adorned walls. Natural lighting will flow from more than a dozen windows, and exposed wooden beams in the ceiling provide the experience of dining outdoors. In the rear of the restaurant, a community board will list local nonprofit events with information about how to participate, furthering the at-home local ambiance.
After researching, Taziki’s found that half of their business was driven from takeout orders. The restaurant will have a larger space for customers to retrieve their food at the “To Go” counter. The restaurant will offer convenient ways to order ahead, both with a mobile app and online ordering options.
