St. George’s Co-Salutatorian: Isabel Correia

Isabel Correia is the St. George’s 2017 co-salutatorian. She has a 4.95 grade-point average and scored a 34 on the ACT. A St. George’s Scholar with distinction, Isabel will graduate having completed eight advanced placement classes and nine honors classes. She was inducted into several honors societies including the Cum Laude Society and National Honor Society.

Isabel was captain of the varsity soccer team and was a member of the water polo and swim teams. She was president of the Spanish Club, a swim instructor for Pool School, and served as a peer tutor in the Math and Writing Centers.

Admitted to a distinguished list of top universities including Boston College, University of Chicago, Furman University, Indiana University, Northeastern University, Northwestern University, Rhodes College, Saint Louis University, Vanderbilt University, University of Virginia, and Washington and Lee University, Isabel will matriculate to the University of Notre Dame where she will pursue a career in medicine.

Isabel is the daughter of Michele Correia and Michael Correia, both of Collierville.
