Country artist Clint Black and the Grammy Award winning quartet Manhattan Transfer will headline this years Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center (BPACC) calendar. 
All in all more than 25 different performances are slated, ranging from fans of the Blues Brothers to the Nutcracker Ballet in an eclectic schedule that offers something for everyone.
Black will kick off the 2013-14 schedule with an 8 p.m. Aug. 16 performance. With more than 100 songs recorded and more than 20 million albums sold, fans are urged to purchase a season subscription to guarantee a seat for this performance. Season subscription tickets are on sale now with single tickets for the country performer available July 16.
Manhattan Transfer provides a second headliner for the season Sept. 20. For nearly 40 years, the legendary quartet has served up distinctive four-part harmonies. Individual tickets will b e available Aug. 20 if any remain after season subscriptions are filled.
BPACC’s Showcase Series also will bring in acclaimed acts.
Nate Evans and the Temptations Revue’s sounds of Motown will perform Aug. 31 with Magician Mike Super slated for Sept. 28.
Irish performer Maura O’Connell will perform Oct. 5 with five-time Grammy artist BJ Thomas set for Oct. 25.
The musical production “Ring of Fire” will be a Johnny Cash retrospective Nov. 2 while Jim Witter returns with his “Christmas Memories” Dec. 7.
BPACC will play host to four performances of “The Nutcracker Ballet” beginning Dec. 12.
The Late Jim Croce’s son will bring the AJ Croce Band to kick off 2014 while James Taylor’s brother Livingston following up Jan. 25.
Ronny Cox, who may best be known as the guitarist in Deliverance’s famous dueling banjo scene, performs Feb. 8 with The Official Blues Brothers Revue slated for Feb. 22.
Native Memphian Andy Childs will take the stage March 6 while Chris Mann from “The Voice” will perform March 29. “Ricky Nelson Remembered,” starring Ricky’s two sons, closes out the Showcase Series April 4.
BPACC will also once again host the Bartlett Repertory Company with two performances scheduled. “A Streetcar Named Desire is set to begin Sept. 12 and “The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged)” set to begin May 8.
Soul singer Alexia Grace will perform in the Dinnerstage Series Oct. 18 while Anna Marie Hartman will take the stage Feb. 14.
BPACC’s Family Series will include Theatekids; the Chatterbox Audio Theatre; High School Musical; Bartlkett’s Community Concert Band; the Pickin’ Picnic and the Missoula Children’s Theatre.
