Energetic young workers were busy on the grounds of the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center Saturday, spreading mulch. They were youths from Bartlett Baptist Church, performing a community service project. They decided to help Bartlett Parks and Recreation get these public grounds ready for the spring.
