Bartlett voters have spoken in re-electing the three city aldermen and school board members who were on the ballot on Nov. 8.
With few write-in votes in opposition, the winning candidates were:
- Bobby Simmons, Bartlett Alderman, Position 4. He received 20,483 votes, and there were 157 write-ins.
- Jack T. Young, Bartlett Alderman, Position 5. He received 19,598 votes, and there were 113 write-ins.
- Paula Sedgwick, Position 6. She received 19, 664 votes, and there were 81 write-ins.
- Jeff Norris, Bartlett City Schools Board Member, Position 1. He received 20,085 votes, and there were 89 write-ins.
- Shirley K. Jackson, Bartlett City Schools Board Member, Position 3. She received 20,130 votes, and there were 80 write-ins.
- David Cook, Bartlett City Schools Board Member, Position 3. He received 19,837 votes, and there were 74 write-ins.
