BCCB to play May 29 at Memphis event
The Bartlett Community Concert Band (BCCB) will perform at 1:40 p.m. May 29 at the Memphis National Cemetery in observation of Memorial Day. Admission is free. Check the band’s website at bartlettcommunityband.org for updates.
‘Sound of Music’ or ‘RHPC’? Both at the Orpheum
We’re not sure if you could find two more different musicals, but the Orpheum in Memphis has lined up showings of the classical favorite “The Sound of Music” at 7 p.m. June 9 and the risque horror comedy known as “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” at 8 p.m. June 10.
