One of the keynote celebrations of Bartlett’s 150th anniversary in 2016 was the historical weekend, “Bartlett Memories,” hosted on April 16-17.
An estimated 1,000 visitors flocked to the celebrations that included free horse-drawn carriage rides, an original play, walking tours of historic homes and churches, a vintage car display, a high school jazz band performance, the Bartlett Stagecoach, and historical displays.

In the Army. Both were in the D-Day invasion in June 6, 1944 and the next day he saw
the nurses’ truck and they saw each other for a few minutes before having to part again.
