NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, March 17th, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Mr. Hunter Smith, Marketplace Development, LLC, representing the proposed Shell Convenience Store at 5984 Stage Road is requesting a variance to allow 27% green/open space instead of the 35% minimum requirement, and a variance of the landscape buffer to be 10 foot instead of the 20 foot landscape buffer required. The property is located within the General Business (C-G) Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning and Economic Development, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 17th, 2016.
