The Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) has announced the date and opened applications for the 2016 Bartlett Business Expo.
It will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, at the Bartlett Recreation Center.
The annual event draws more than 1,000 attendees and is being presented this year by the city, the chamber and Saint Francis Hospital – Bartlett. It showcases participating businesses one-on-one to the general public and to other business professionals.
As a new feature this year, BACC members will be able to sell from their booths.
Early Bird Discount Booths cost $345 for BACC members if they are paid in full by Jan. 15 (a $50 savings).
The standard booth include a pipe-and-drape booth measuring 10 feet wide, 8 feet deep and 8 feet tall. There will be a six-foot skirted display table with two chairs, a company identification sign, and other amenities.
Corner booths will cost an additional $50, and there is a $75 fee to add electricity.
Sponsorships include:
- Gold Sponsor, $2,500. These receive all the benefits of Silver Sponsors plus recognition in all collateral material as a Gold Sponsor, distribution of the sponsor’s premium items at the Expo’s entrance/exit, logo inclusion in e-newsletter and email blasts, sponsorship mentions in radio spots, two booths with electricity, and one February or March stand-alone email blast for the sponsor’s company to the entire chamber membership of about 1,300 members.
- Silver Sponsor, $1,500. These receive recognition in all collateral material as a Silver Sponsor; logo inclusion in print advertising in Bartlett Weekly, The Bartlett Express, and Bartlett and Cordova Appeal; one booth with electricity; grand prize drawing cards to be punched only at sponsor booths; red booth coloring vs. black colors for standard exhibitors’ booths; and display of the sponsor’s company banner on the balcony railing at the BRC three weeks before the expo.
