The Bartlett High School Marching Band is due hometown accolades for honors earned during the Sept. 26 Arlington Open Invitational. The band placed second in Class V, Best Effect Class V and Best Field Commanders in Blue Division at the competition. Band supporters said the audience seemed to be captivated by the band’s telling of the story of the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor.
