Hatch Lane (burglary)

When she returned around 6 p.m., she found that her bedroom window in the front of the house was broken. Someone had apparently entered the house and left the garage door open. She called law enforcement and did not enter the house before officers arrived.
The responding officers entered through a locked rear door that didn’t show signs of forced entry. They cleared the residence and observed that someone had broken the outer pane of the bedroom’s double pane window. They also observed pry markings on the upper panel of the inside of the window.
Several items had been thrown around the bedroom, several drawers and closets were opened, the lights were on, and the victim’s safe showed signs of tampering.
Oct. 4
Farmhill Cove (burglary)
The real estate agent for a property on Farmhill Cove arrived just before 2 p.m. Oct. 4 and found the front doorknobs and locks were broken and the refrigerator was missing.
