NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, September 17th, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
David Cook, 6580 Running Bird Cove, Bartlett, is requesting a variance from the minimum side yard setback for an awning over his existing boat pad which will encroach 4 feet into the side yard setback requirement. The property is located within the “RS-12” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17th, 2015.

Lee Davidson, P.E., Reaves Firm, on behalf of Spence Ray, McNeill CRE, for Lot 2, Kate Hyde Blvd, located at 2946 Kate Hyde Blvd., Bartlett is requesting variances from the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum rear yard setback requirement of 20 feet; to reduce the minimum green open space requirement, and to reduce the number of required parking spaces for restaurant uses. This property is located within the “C-H” Highway Business Zoning District.

The Bartlett Beer Board will meet at 6:00 p.m. on October 6, 2015 at The Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN, to consider the above application after a Public Hearing. Any citizen who would like to appear and testify either for or against this application will be heard.
