Larry Hilbun has been named chairman of the Lifeblood board of directors. Prior to his selection as chairman, Hilbun has served Lifeblood in a number of roles including vice chairman and secretary of the board, as well as chairman of the Bartlett/Arlington/Lakeland volunteer donor council.
A US Army veteran, he has received numerous awards for his involvement with the local non-profit including the 2002 Life Giver Award and the Community Partner Award in 2003 and 2007.
