The Shops of Saddle Creek invite the public to a celebration of all things dog on June 6.
Paws for a Cause will feature a massive pet adoption by area rescue agencies. For those who already have all the dogs you need: bring them.
There will be plenty of activities for you to share! Look for games, educational displays and demonstrations, and a celebrity pet wash.for a $10 donation, with all the proceeds to be split among participating rescue organizations.
An artists’ market will give attendees a chance to peruse the work of pet portrait artists and photographers; plus, handmade craft items for your pup.
If you or your dog start feeling hungry, organizers will have lots of treats for furry friends, plus food trucks for their peeps. Saddle Creek Merchants who allow (leashed) dogs in their stores will have bowls of water outside their doors.
Saddle Creek’s day of puppy pandemonium, sponsored by Memphis Veterinary Specialists, will run from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday June 6, at Saddle Creek, NORTH (Anthropologie, Apple Store, Chico’s), on West Farmington between Poplar Avenue and Germantown Road.
