Shelby County is hosting a business community meeting on April 7 to inform local businesses and members of the community about the county’s Legal Analysis and Disparity Study.
The study will evaluate whether local minority and woman-owned business enterprises in Shelby County have equal access to contract opportunities.
All local minority and woman-owned business professionals are invited to attend. Local business professionals will be able to share their experiences contracting with the county and to learn about new opportunities.
The meeting will be 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the county Commission Chambers, 160 N. Main St., Memphis. Refreshments will be served.
