HOUSE MANAGER

SALARY $10.04 PER HOUR
The City of Bartlett is seeking applications for the position of part-time House Manager at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center (BPACC). House Managers are scheduled to work on an as-needed basis after hours and on weekends to oversee scheduled events at BPACC. Will act as a supervisor in the absence of the facility manager while on duty. Must maintain a current knowledge of all aspects of BPACC operations and familiarity with each assigned task required to operate the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, opening and securing the building during each function. Will be responsible for the safety of rental clients and their guests while on BPACC property. Must act courteously and professionally with the public at all times. Requires skill in listening, message taking and the ability to work cooperatively with the public and other City employees. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Tennessee driver’s license. Must have experience dealing with the public, especially in a facility setting. May be required to lift items of 20 pounds or less. Bartlett resident preferred, but not required. Will work in a non-smoking work environment. Must pass a background check and physical exam, including a drug screen.

NOTICE OF SALE, RETIREMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW DOCTOR
October 4, 2016
Dear Patients:
Because of MY RETIREMENT, I have sold my practice and office at 3189 Kirby Whitten. Dr. Jared Worthington, the new owner, will begin seeing patients on December 15, 2016. To assure a smooth transition and to introduce Dr. Worthington to my patients and friends, I will be staying on with him until December 31, 2016. I will not be in the office after that date.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Worthington since he graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic this past year. He is an enthusiastic, well educated doctor and I hope you will consider allowing him to care for you.
Beginning two weeks from today, I will be discussing your file with Dr. Worthington who will be taking over my practice. This time consuming task is for your benefit. I want Dr. Worthington to be familiar with your records so he will be fully prepared to treat you from his first day in the office. I trust you will notify me if this is not satisfactory, but I have confidence in Dr. Worthington and hope you will consider allowing him to become your new doctor.
If, for any reason, you decide to be treated elsewhere, I will be happy to provide your new doctor with copies from your file. If that is your preference, please contact me with your instructions on when I can give you your records.
I regret that I will not be able to continue to serve you. My years have been filled with many rewarding experiences and memorable patients.
