Mary Wilder, a Master Gardener with the University of Tennessee Shelby County Extension Service since 2009, will lead a class on June 30 at the Germantown Community Library (1925 Exeter Road, Germantown, TN 3813) at 6:30 p.m. about rain gardens.

Rain gardens are designed to reduce water pollution and storm water runoff from roofs, driveways, walkways, parking lots, and more. Rain gardens capture rain in your yard, controlling wet areas with attractive natural landscaping.
