At the recent regional History Day Competition at the University of Memphis, Emily Reber of Cordova, at left, and Dale Pitawanakwat of Lakeland teamed up to finish second in the web site category. The junior students built a website about Theodore Roosevelt and the Panama Canal. Their success advances them to the statewide competition on April 11.
